This course offers a wide panorama of Anglophone Post War Literature.

It explores literary production after WWII and it focuses mainly in postmodernism, post-colonialism and globalization.

It presents representative works within those discourses and periods and discusses the main topics and writing and narrative strategies developed within the said historical and cultural panorama.

It aims at providing the students with important references to those periods.

It also seeks to furnish them with the appropriate technical language and tools to analyse the literary and popular cultural production since WWII to the present and to prepare them to write research papers on those topics.
